Wrongful Death

Appeals

Since opening its doors in 1952, KB&M has represented clients before Connecticut’s Supreme and Appellate courts as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.  We have been involved in some of the most significant issues of Connecticut law.  Appellate work requires a distinctly different type of representation than trial work, and our attorneys are experienced in handling all types of appeals, particularly civil appeals, administrative appeals, and appeals from probate.
